Who you maybe
You may be really new to fitness or been a regular gym goer getting bored of solely lifting weights. You may have thought about using boxing a form of getting fit, an addition to your other workouts.
You would like to find a new way of keeping fit, something that will offer you a constant challenge and something that you will really look forward to coming to each week, exercise which is fun, fresh and interesting which fits in with your busy life.
What your issues may be
You know you need to be fitter, you’re confidence maybe low, and you may fear starting a new physically demanding exercise. You might be struggling with motivation to make exercise fit into your weekly routine. You imagine that everyone else will be much fitter than you. You’re up for the challenge but just need a little encouragement to diminish your fears of getting hurt or, not knowing what to wear, or looking silly when boxing for the first time, in front of a new crowd.
You have thought about boxing previously and don’t mind hitting pads and bags but definitely do not want to get hurt by a punch and leave the gym with a black eye, or in pain with bruises. You definitely do not want anybody punching you, and spoiling your good looks or changing your smile.
