About Freddie
Experience you can feel in every round.
Freddie Osei brings authentic boxing knowledge and personal coaching together in a space where every level belongs.
His journey started with school sport, Judo and Karate before progressing into kickboxing under four-time WAKO World Champion Chris McNeish. Freddie competed at British and European level and remained unbeaten through three years of Shen Chi Do championships.
Training at John’s Gym and the Peacock Gym sharpened his boxing craft. Long hours alongside professional coaches became an informal coaching apprenticeship that still shapes his eye for technique today.
From apprentice to competitor
Freddie moved from semi-contact to light-continuous competition, then into full-contact kickboxing. Heavy hands, relentless practice and elite guidance took him to British and European WAKO championships.
Honing the craft
To become a more complete fighter, he added Thai boxing, Shen Chi Do and dedicated boxing work. Six-day training weeks at the Peacock Gym built the technical foundation he now passes on.
Turning experience into coaching
As a personal trainer, Freddie discovered that clients combining boxing with fitness became the most committed, improved visibly and stayed engaged. That blend became the heart of Ultimate Boxing Fitness.
Building winning boxers
Beginners progressed from small groups into competitive bouts, with Freddie’s fighters achieving an average 70% win record. He later promoted mixed combat events and built a wide London fight network.
Connections at the top level
Promoting events brought Freddie into contact with former heavyweight Julius Francis and trainer Don Charles. He also worked with Ian Lewison as strength and conditioning coach through an international-belt win.
The mission today
