Having trained in Muay Thai for a number of years I wanted to tighten up my hands. Freddie definitely helped me do that. He reshaped my fighting posture, taught me how to stay more compact, utilise the jab, when to throw, angles.

When I first started training with Freddie I was stuck on a huge plateau. I had run a couple of half marathons, but I was struggling with how to train and how to improve my fitness. I thought I had a good base level, but after my first 30 minute session with Freddie I realised I had a long way to go! He got me running sprints at speeds I’d never even entertained running at, lifting weights I’d never dreamed of more times than I thought I could.
He was relentless! But also relentlessly encouraging – he believed in what I was capable of and what I could achieve even when I didn’t and within a few weeks he had helped me uncover my courage and self belief as well as my abs! I am fitter, faster and stronger thanks to his guidance and I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Freddie has an excellent grasp of martial arts (Boxing/Kick Boxing) and blends the right combination of theory/technique with practical applications. He is a great teacher and coach.
